The Space Between What’s Possible and What’s Tangible

Have you had an “aha” moment in your life? If not? Then let Melanie Bell-Mayeda inspire you. She had an “aha” moment that redirected her career into the world of design. She reflects on the toolkits she developed while working in financial services, licensing and strategy, and how she took them with her to IDEO. In addition, in this podcast she not only delves into why communities are important for product development but explains the challenges of working on “wicked problems” – areas that often require system change – and the opportunities for innovation.
