I strongly believe that products developed by diverse teams are superior. Problems originating from the lack of diversity in the IT industry are obvious. The equality gap in our community must be narrowed. As the privileged ones we have an inherent responsibility to encourage female talents in every aspect of their career journey. I am grateful to the WE SHAPE TECH team for their efforts to transform our future which will ultimately impact the life of every member of society.
