WE SHAPE TECH is absolutely necessary in Switzerland and elsewhere! (The lack of) Gender diversity is both a fundamental flaw in our society and a massive potential: We must no longer tolerate male dominance but actively promote female leadership, particular in tech, business and entrepreneurship. Thanks to the team of WE SHAPE TECH for taking a positive approach to this fundamental challenge. Quite honestly, I am proud to have been part of this movement from the very beginning.
