Diversity Advent Calendar 2021

Diversity Advent Calendar 2021

It’s the holiday season again. It’s the season of loving, sharing, making people happy, acts of kindness, showing gratitude and sparking joy in others. What better season in the year to finally get that diversity rolling than the holiday season? Mulled wine, freshly baked cookies, sparkly lights, glittering decorations in all forms and shades.

But it’s also good to remember that while the season looks all shiny and happy, every-day diversity problems do not vanish just because of some glitter and sprinkle. You even find it in Christmas songs… just think about Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer, who got laughed at by the other reindeers because of his shiny nose, until that very same uniqueness saved Christmas. So think about that: even if you might not know immediately how, everyone’s uniqueness could be the key to success in the future.

With mood-setting classical christmas songs – and of course one of them is “Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer” – we present our Diversity Advent Calendar with awesome tips around diversity. No cheating! One door per day 😊
