How to Practice Radical Candor with Your Boss

How to practice Radical Candor with your boss? Many people are reluctant to give feedback to their managers and find it to be really daunting, and a little risky. Being able to share feedback with your boss is such an important skill and you’ll have a much stronger working relationship, enjoy your work more, and be able to do better work together. So, how do you do it? In this episode of the Radical Candor podcast Kim Scott, Jason and Amy discuss the art of upwards feedback.
