About the Author

Stephanie Lampkin is versatile: she first celebrated success as a former ski racer, then as a TEDx speaker. But her big career has been in the tech industry for 15 years. She founded 2 startups, and worked in tech positions at Lockheed, Microsoft and TripAdvisor. Today, she is the founder and CEO of Blendoor. Her company develops enterprise software that uses augmented intelligence and people analytics to reduce unconscious bias in hiring.
