The Revision of the Gender Equality Act – in effect as of 01 July 2020 – introduces equal compensation for all regardless of the gender.
On 01 July 2020, the revised Gender Equality Act (GlG) will come into effect – companies with more than 100 employees will now have to prove that they comply with equal pay in the company and conduct a corresponding equal-pay analysis.
Consequently, in November 2019, Swico organized a specialized event on the topic of equal pay. Together with experts from the Federal Office for Gender Equality and the Federal Office of Justice, the “do’s and don’ts” in equal-pay analyses were highlighted and questions about specific implementation were answered.
