In this year’s workshop, we had the chance to connect with like-minded individuals, share insights, and collectively explore strategies to overcome self-sabotage. We learned a lot about negative dynamics that catch up with us in specific situations and that we can break through them positively. The in-depth and intimate reflection in the workshop enabled us to find many constructive and collective approaches and take aways for the plenary session.
